 -There is a map on our website with a highlighted street for parking (Link to Map). There are signs that say “No parking with trailers” so you CAN park there without a trailer. 

-Parking is 3 blocks away so we HIGHLY recommend drop every one/everything off down by the boat. Only one person has to park (preferably not the pontoon driver so we can go over directions immediately) 
THIS ENSURES YOU GET OUT ON TIME
-We do not supply kid life jackets. We supply standard life jackets, that may have been worn by previous renters, so if you'd like a life jacket, we recommend that you bring your own.

Also it’s reccomended to go on our website (Prior Lake Pontoon Rentals – Fun On The Lake For The Whole Family) before your rental departure date.

RENTERS

Renter must be 25 years of age, the credit card holder, without any previous DWI’s on record, and a valid driver’s license: Responsible renter/driver list information below.

PAYMENT

We do not accept CC (or checks) at the dock. If you pay at the dock it is cash only! All reservations are held with a Credit Card at time of booking. The fee for your rental will be charged on the Credit Card given during booking if you do not show. Last minute reservations accepted upon availability.

RAINCHECK POLICY

Reservations MUST BE canceled 48 hours prior to the rental reservation start time to receive a refund. NO REFUNDS will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the rental reservation start time. In the case of rain at the reservation start time, or a severe weather warning that includes Prior Lake, you will be able to re-book the rental for another time (within 365 days). Prior Lake Pontoon Rental reserves the right to cancel reservations at any time for weather related concerns, and you will be able to re-book the rental for another time (within 365 days). In no case will a refund be issued due to weather.

NUMBER OF PASSENGERS

We will not allow more passengers on the boat than reservation states.

DEPARTURE TIME

The clock starts ticking at the beginning of your reservation time block. Please arrive early and allow 15 minutes for check-in.

LATE RETURN FEE

$100 late fee will be applied to any party returning late. Your boat is booked after your return so timeliness is a must!

PARKING

The public access is for vehicles with trailers only. Please reference the map for street parking.

RESTRICTIONS

- Must be 25 years of age to rent (Driver must have no DWI’s on record and be 25 years of age or older).
- Please limit the number of cars you bring (2 MAX if possible).
- We do not supply life jackets for kids 10 and under. State law requires kids 10 and under to wear a life jacket.
- We do not allow grills, kegs of beer, or portable gas cans on the rental.
- No dogs please.
- We do not allow our rental to be used as cargo transports (i.e. dock removal).
- We do not allow cleaning of fish on the rental.
- We do not allow tow behinds of any kind behind the rental. GAS PLPR will start the rental with a full tank of gas. The renter is responsible to return the boat with a full tank. Fuel charges may apply if you don’t fill the tank.

DAMAGE/LOSS/REPLACEMENT EXPENSES

Please be aware that you are responsible for your rental. Damage or loss of items from the rental will be replaced at the renter’s expense. Severe damage not found on the inventory list will be assessed and charged to the renter on an individual basis. Labor fees are not included in the prices and will also be assessed and charged individually. The credit card listed will be charged any damage fees assessed.

- Absolutely no standing or jumping off of the furniture!
- Clean Up: this includes, but is not limited to mud, weeds, blood, bait, food, gum, lotions, and other natural or foreign items ground into carpet, walls, seats, and/or the canopy.
- Absolutely no sunflower seeds on the boat!
- Hours may vary to accommodate customers.
- All prices do not include MN tax.
